Our good friend and colleague Friday is next with his 5 selections.

Michael Kiwanuka: ”Cold Little Heart” – One of the songs that got me through the times we had to stay home during the Covid- 19 lockdowns. The song gave me a perspective that no matter how fragile life is, I should not easily give up but continue to believe in myself.

Matt Simons: ”Catch & Release” – This song reminds me of a few travel adventures have had with a few close friends. Most importantly, every time I listen to this song, I’m reminded that we shouldn’t live in constant fear of the future, to forget to appreciate the small things that we Catch and Release every day. I should try to enjoy every moment of where I am.

JAY-Z ft. Mr. Hudson: ”Young Forever” Imagine never getting old! This song always cheers me up. It’s a pick me up song whenever I feel down.

Lana Del Rey: ”Video Games” – No specific reason, just a beautifully and artistically put together song. One of the songs that makes me feel relaxed.

Oasis: ”Wonderwall” – Reminds me of one of my best ever live concerts I attended in Manchester at Heaton Park as a young adult!
